Where's my pass?
In your account under Your passes, and in the Linkly app. We also email your receipt.
I forgot my password
Reset it from the Linkly app's sign-in screen. The website uses the same account.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on the host's refund rule, shown on the event page. Cancelled events are always refunded in full. You can always send your pass to a friend for free instead.
How do I report someone or an event?
Tap their profile on the guest list or in your crowd, then Report. For a host or event, use Report on the host's page. In danger right now? Call 911 or tell venue security.
How do I unblock someone?
In the Linkly app under Settings, Blocked people.
How do I delete my account?
In the Linkly app under Settings, or email us. We delete your data within 90 days, except records the law makes us keep.
I want to host an event
Start at linkly.ca/host. Your first event gets a quick check from our team before it goes live.
